Who is the trainer?
Meet Dolores!!!
Dolores has been active in sports since the age of four.
She has a background in skating, athletics, field hockey and gymnastics.
Especially in gymnastics she found her way and was scouted for the selection.
After achieving her biggest goal, a gold medal, she quit gymnastics and started studying at the Hotelschool of The Hague.
Sports have always been an outlet for Dolores, especially to relieve the pressures of studying and working.
While studying, she traded the field hockey field for HIIT and strength training, and the gym for pilates.
Pilates became special to Dolores.
It reflected the strength and elegance of gymnastics.
Pilates gives her a sense of strength, fitness and focus, and brings her peace.
She would like to share this feeling with as many people as possible.
This is why Dolores has specialized in teaching pilates classes.
Pilates consists of controlled movements in which good posture and activating the right muscles are important.
