Who is the trainer?
Sidney is a personal trainer in the broadest sense of the word. With a study background at CIOS and at Menno Henselmans PT, he has not only a lot of practical experience but also a lot of theoretical knowledge. As a personal trainer, Sidney is focused on strength and HIIT workouts but knows that strength training alone is not enough to get the best out of yourself.
