Get physically healthier and stronger during your pregnancy! As a mother of a son and pregnant with the second, our trainer expert Isabel is an expert on working out during your pregnancy.
The Mama Moves program is designed specifically for women during pregnancy. To be physically healthy, fit and energetic through your pregnancy. But also to maintain and support your body in a special and intensive process of change.
The program:
Our recommendation is to follow the program three times a week. And keep the intensity of your training at 6 to 7 on a scale of 1-10. In other words, not going all out.
The program was developed based on the “HUBBA” technique. HUBBA stands for:
H – Attitude
U – Implementation
B – Basic stability
B- Pelvic floor
A – Respiration
This technique is used to ensure continuity of proper training.
During classes, Isabelle guides you on proper movement but also asks you to pay attention to posture and breathing. Something that is going to help you during your pregnancy and beyond!
During pregnancy, there are some muscle groups that should not be exercised. Although these are not included in the program we like to mention them;
- HiiT workouts
- Straight abdominal muscles
- Adductors (inner thighs and thighs)
- Chest
- Hamstrings

Our trainer Isabelle helps you become physically healthier and stronger. Besides being a boxing expert, Isabelle is also an expert on trainer during and after your pregnancy as a young mother of her son and pregnant with the second!
