A Pilates Strength program from Dolores.
But what exactly does it entail, and what will it bring you?
In this program, Dolores will take you into the world of Pilates & Strength in 5 workouts.
By doing different exercises for the same muscle group in succession, making us focus on exhausting these muscles with the result: muscles that will become stronger and thus more muscle definition in your body.
In this program, each workout has its own focus: Core, Glute, Upper-Body, Full-Body & Cardio.
In doing so, Dolores uses 3 attributes: a sports mat, resistance bands & foam roller (not to be confused with the fitness roller for muscle massage!).
Experience the “pilates shake” and enter into the deeper layer of your muscles.
Step by step, Dolores challenges your mobility and stability, which will challenge not only the large muscles in your body, but also the small muscles.
A holistic workout where we will work our muscles (big & small) with control to become stronger.
This way we work on our muscle definition from the inside out.

Who is the trainer?
Meet Dolores!!!
Dolores has been active in sports since she was 4 years old.
Dolores has a background in skating, athletics, field hockey and gymnastics.
Especially in gymnastics she really found her way and was scouted for the selection.
After achieving her biggest goal, getting a gold medal, she quit gymnastics and started studying at the Hotelschool of The Hague.For Dolores, sports have always been an outlet from the pressures of studying and working.
During her studies, she traded the field hockey field for HIIT and strength training and the gym for pilates.Pilates became especially special to Dolores. The strength and elegance of gymnastics came through in this for her. Pilates gives her a sense of strength, fitness, being focused. It brings her peace. And it is precisely this feeling that she wants to share with as many people as possible. That’s why Dolores specialized in teaching pilates classes. Pilates are controlled movements, where good posture and putting the right muscles to work is important. The result: a nice feeling of satisfaction, a cleared head after a workout that makes you stronger and fitter!
